continue in ribbing for 3/4 inches, fasten off loosely.

With right side of work facing you, starting at outter edge pick up and knit 18 sts ( 2 sts out of every 3 rows) pick up and knit one cast off st from cast off row, turn work, p2tog, p1 *k2, p2* turn

work in ribbing for 1 inch, cast off.

Pick up same number of sts on other side including the extra st in the cast off row and knitting it together with the next st on the next row.

After .5 inchs on RS - k2, p2, cast off 2, p2, k2, p2, cast off 2, p2 k2
